    Hey narcsarge. Do you know any info on waxy maize. I just ordered some AST micronized creatine. I was going to follow Jim's recipe on bb4u but instead of using dextrose I was going to use waxy maize. I have read and was told by some people wm is the way to go and dextrose is old school. Any wisdom? Thanks.
