I was answering your question on if I had a "arms only" day.
I have had a "arms only" many times, but in the last few years not at all, I just add them to other perspective days.
I personally dont think you need a "arms only" day unless your arms are lagging behind. If they are on pace with everything else, or ahead of the game, then they dont need it.
BUT a "arms only" day is a great way to bring up the guns if they are lagging. Right now my routine is
M - Back/Legs/Biceps
T - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
W - Off
Th - Legs/Back/Biceps
Fr - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
S - Off
S - Off
