hey joementum, since your really the only one giving me good answers on my posts, i needed to ask you one more question...i agree with you that bsn products are really expensive and i would prefer NOT to by cellmass, but besides sleep and cold showers, i need something for my recovery so i can work hard everyday...is there something else besides cellmass that can really help with recovery

What you up to Joemetum? I just got back for the gym, drank a 100% O.N. whey shake and turned on the computer. How's your training going? It has been grat for me. This is the 8th week and my body is changing a lot. I also am getting stronger by the week. Thank god for that, I was pretty darn weak bro. Kinda embarrassed actually! Take it easy brah. Take with you soon. BWA

Hey Bruda! Thanks for dropping in and saying hi! I have taken 8 straight days off from hitttin it hard in the gym after 5 weeks of getting back into it. I feel great!! I just got married on 8-9-08(last saturday) so all our families are still in town. Not much time to get to the gym with 12 direct family members here. Everyone leaves tomorrow so I'll be able to get back into it soon. I am lucky to have good genetics but that has also made me lazy too. I really want to change my physical appearance, my life style of working out with weights and my habits of just life I guess. Hard work always is the key RIGHT! I took some before photos( looked terrible!) and I hope to take some in about 3 months from now to see the changes. I can already see a lot now in just 5 weeks after 14 years off for weight training. I just have ONE problem- consistency. I just need to stay i the gym for the rest of my life and all will be great. Changes will happen naturally and I will feel better about myself.
You are a big boy too. At almost 250 you definitely have some size on you. What is your weekly training schedule? I go monday chest/tri's, tuesday back/bi's, off wednesday, thursday shoulders and the dreaded legs on fridays. Seems to work so far. I will change it up in about 2 or 3 months. Keep the muscles growing with different training. SHOCK EM right!!
I just read your about me. You are in New Zealand! Awesome! Kind of funny thing related to your geography just happened to me this week. I took all my family to the Polynesian Cultural center on the windward side of Oahu last Tuesday. We met and watched a show put on by the Aotearoa's tribe. It was awesome!
Any way bro. Good talking to ya. Keep up the hard work at the gym!! See ya. Buggywhiparms!
My arms have already grown over a half an inch in just 5 weeks! 16.5 before now over 17 inch. Still small I know but improvement!!! Aloha!!
