Awesome, thank you so much, for the first 10 they have to be moderated or something. Hopefully I'll get more in there and will be able to insta-post soon. Thanks again!

Hey, I posted a reply to the topic yesterday and it still hasn't been approved by an administrator. It's actually pretty frustrating. My reply was :

As far as my diet goes, I'm not sure exactly what information you might be looking for. I do not drink any sodas, regular or diet - I know I am getting in at least a 1/2 gallon (64 oz.) of water in each day and I also drink 16 oz. of 2% milk daily, I'm not sure how that factors in. My salt intake I've cut back substantially, I hardly use but if I'm keeping track of it properly I am consuming 1300mg or less, most of it coming from egg whites (boiled, no yolk). I'm on a 1500 calorie diet, though typically I consume ~1400.

    My diet typically consists of:

    Breakfast:
1 cup of oatmeal, plain and a banana or a boiled egg white. 1 glass of milk.
Smoothie - 1 cup of yogurt, 4 strawberries, 1 banana, 1 cup of light soy milk and ice.

    Lunch:
Baked Chicken Breast, plain ~ 4oz.
Steamed veggies (carrots, broccoli, squash, cauliflower)
Occasionally if I am in a rush and did not prepare my food (at least once a week) I will have a "Smart Ones" frozen meal, which isn't terrible, but the sodium is not good.

Snack: (I do not have all of these every day, 2-3 of each, everyday)
Popcorn - 2 cups, lightly salted
    Handful of almonds
    Pickles
    Handful of Blueberries
    Handful of Raspberries
    1 cup of Strawberries

    Dinner:
Salad made with romaine lettuce, carrots, onions, cucumber. Served with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil (2 tsp. or so)
Either grilled chicken, turkey or occasionally hamburger (~4 oz.)
Sometimes serve with brown rice noodles (1/2 cup) and/or brown rice depending on my mood.

I'm so glad you tried the recipe! I thought it was really good and I don't even like salmon!
