Hmmmm, It's looking like I will have to add another day. Mon, Tuesday with Wends rest and Thursday and Fri. Probably Chest/tri's, back/Bi's. Rest, then Shoulders/abbs, Legs on Fri.
So far I have only been at it a couple months but my coworkers are commenting and random women feel my arms when I hit the watering holes here in New Orleans.

No prob...I just read your post. I may have read it wrong, but I wouldn't work out legs every day either. If you're only going to the gym 3 days, do a 3 day split of some sort.
