Are you familiar with Musculardevelopment.com? I ended up here because the web filter at work caught on to my fanatical posting there and blocked it. This site looks and functions just like MD and I like the format. It is very hard to keep up with current threads if it takes over an hour for a post to appear.

Hey, you just registered so every post you make has to be reviewed by a moderator before it gets posted, it takes some time usually. You need to be registered for 30 days and have a certain amount of posts to be upgraded.
