What's happening, BWA? Good to hear that you are getting stronger. I got up early to watch the F-1 race in Singapore. I also did some ab work and did 30kms in my sationary bike. I'm have my Toronto Police test next month so I need to be ready. I hope to get in. Keep up the hard work my friend and we'll talk later.

    Brutha,

It sounds to me like things are going good for Ya!
Anabolics are not for you! and you are a rare bread MY man and thank god for that as so many people want that Anabolic kick, Now that I’m Pushan 50 years I WANT TO PUT THAT LAST BLAST IN before my days are up

, Do not get me wrong I have done 20+ years of some hard cycles and training and have no regrets. I did not start until I was in my 20.s and have some training under my belt, my problem is I’m compulsive man like you have never seen. If I set out to do it,I do not stop until I was done or dead, but no half ass bull****.
This way of thinking has ****ed me early in my life. Well lost my family! My son most
Likely would be alive if I was not a selfish ****. All good things have a price brutha! On one side of the coin I live a life better then most would dream of (freedom) , I have enough money to retire (not living like a movie star) but have no worries in life my man (money wise)
I have to say I envy ya brutha as I feel my days are just getting harder. I have to say for your age and the fact that the gear does not temp you, you will live a long and happy life as you live more on an equal line in your life, we all have to have this in order to have balance. I have had many say they envy my life, and those are the guys that never step back to see what they already have. I enjoy talking with you! And keep up with the training and the new family my man, maybe as time goes on you will learn who I really am. And yes you will be one of those guys saying I wish I was in your shoes “And
I will just laugh as things are not what they always seem to be my friend.

Talk soon and god bless Brutha

    excuse the grammar

I am having a few cocktails

    Hey Brutha,

Thanks for the kind words, life can suck brutha, all you can do is drive on! this lifting advice i am giving for you is perfect, just the basic power moves, you just work the weight you feel good with, stay with good form and **** what the next guy thinks your muscle memory will kick in, after a few months of staying strict you will improve big time. I had a lifting partner built just like you, and by your pic you look like brothers. this was back in the day, he was 275lbs i was 225 but i was able to out power every lift on him, but he looked better, he got all the pussy LOL. its all about how you feel! screw the #'s my man.

Glad you are doing well, and if you think about the Gear please ask first, i have forgot more then most these guys know. there is allot of crap on the market, sad to say about 95% is. so please watch yourself. I do not deal can i can at least make sure you are in the write direction.

    Peace

    Good to her my man,

Glad to here you are back in the Gym, I lost my son 2 years ago and this has effected me greatly, lost all interest in life “I came real close to placing the 9mm in my mouth brutha” now it is just me and my German Shepard “it was him that saved me from taking that final step! I finally started back in the GYM 4 weeks ago and starting to feel better. Life can be a ***** at times!

AS far as supps go my man I am real basic, pure creatine Monohydrate, I front load for 7 days 25 grams daily and stick with a basic quality whey protein, and self inject my B-Vitamins, I am a steroid user and have been for 22 years (the Gear) My usual stats 5' 10" 225lbs 15% body off-season, I have competed in the NPC back in the 90's I took my class in the Midwest upper nationals in 1993, 205 heavy weight at 3% body fat (really sucked getting my % that low) you can not think straight. Since then I have competed as a power lifter and one several national titles.

If I may add a little advice, Try to stick with as much natural food as possible, supplements are just that to supplements your regular food intake. You sound like a big guy with great genetics,

Be sure to change up your training routine every 4 weeks as your body adapts quickly. Also stick to one body part per week, your will find this to work the best for a guy like you and many others. Screw finishing movement for now, that comes later, stay off the machines as they will effect your stabilizing muscles “no smith machine” pure squats “in the rack” dead lifts, and straight leg dead lifts, military presses behind the neck “your incline bench will keep the front delt heads strong and looking big. Basic straight bar bench, flat, inclines and decline, bent over rows with straight bar, you should be able to bang all chest no more then hour per week “trust you will respond” do all straight bar work for 4 weeks then all dumb bell work for 4 weeks. Case and point.

2 day on 1 day off 3 day on 2 days off split I find this to work well for me.

Day 1> chest only 45 minutes to 1 hour lift (no gym chat) all straight bar, the only finishing movements I will do is at the end of my lift, a tri set of Dumbbell pull overs, Dumbbell flies, and dips. If you trained right your will be shacking like a baby on coke

Day2> (remember you did a pushing movement on day one now it’s times for a pulling movement)
Back, start with Chins both behind the neck and in front, dead lifts *be sure to shrug at the top of the movement, and a short jump with bent over rows, Not much you may think, do this right and you will be beat like a wet puppy for pissing on the floor!

    Day3> OFF

Day5> Legs, Squats and a lot of. After you feel like you will puke, then do a set of straight leg dead lifts, cool down with caves! I will guarantee this will do the job if done with a 110 effort

Day>6 shoulders, Military presses behind the neck, Arnold presses *dumbbell Most should no this lift well. And yes add in shrugs even though you may have worked them in your deads (the traps are a dense muscle and can take abuse) end your lift with lateral raises.

Day>7 Bi’s and Tri’s. Straight bard curls (standing) screw the easy curl bar AKA the pussy bar.
(Straight bar curls builds the belly of the biceps) then go to tricep pull overs lying with the straight bar. (HEAVY IF YOU ARE READY) FINISH WITH A BI SET OF CABLE PUSH-DOWN *V-rope) and lite flat bench straight bar close grip)

This lift is a 8 week program after it is time to change routine and alter your diet. Always remember to switch up from straight bar to Dumbbells. This is a basic powder routine for the fellows getting back into the gym but have the back round.

Save Bi’s and Tri’s for the last lift as you need there strength for all your other lifts

TAKE YOUR 2 DAYS OFF AND GET DRUNK lol

    Peace
