Just pay the gold to turn off xp gain in battle grounds. Then you can keep that rogue at 29...unless there was another nerf I'm not thinking of.

Mages are wicked, I have a relatively low gear score compared to the rest of my guild (cuz I'm not in raids often enough due to lifting and eating and wife things) and top the dps charts regularly. And Anticor, the nerf is that all characters with XP turned off in BGs get grouped together so twinks are forced to fight other twinks. Ok fellow nerds, back to the lifting :-D

Making should on its own day is actually cool, I like it.
Warm up with shoulder rotations with weight in hand. Treadmill for 10 mins Standing military press 115x10x1 135x8x1 155x6-7x3 Seated DB press 70x10x2 75x8x1 Hammer shoulder incline press machine (wight per side) 80x4x6-8 Lateral delt machine 120x3x8 Rear delt fly (standing with DB) 50x8x3 Cable rear delt pull across 35x10x3 superset rotator in and out with cable 30x3020 Shrugs, standing using SMith machine 225x15x2 315x8x2 45mins of cardio on elliptical.

Back was still sore...crazy, so waited an xtra day and did legs on Saturday.
Normal workout...Squats for 315x8x4 Zerchers 135x10x3 press 16platesx8x3 GM 135x10x2 Ham curls(Seated) 125x10x4 Didn't get a chance to test my GHR idea SHort and sweet workout due to trick or treating stuff with family Today I am going to BJJ class and prolly tomorrow too so my days will shift.

BJJ class list night which is basically 2 hour of cardio, sweat like a pig in my gi.
Today is chest day. Looking forward to it, been an extended rest period so should be on my game.

Yeah...pretty good stuff. I miss my old school but this one will do until I can get my budget all setup and talk my wife into letting me join the Gracie school down the road.

Last night was chest/tris, here are the highlights.
Warm up treadmill - 10 mins. Flat BB Bench - warmupx135, warmupx225, 8x275, 7x315, 4x335, 15x225 Incline BB - 225x7-9x3 Incline hammer - 115 each sidex8-9x3 DB flys - 45x8x3 Decline BB - 225x7-8x3 Dips - bodyweight x as many as possible x 3 CGBP - 225x1x4 (this was way heavy for some reason,prolly the benching..lol) 135x2x7 Lying tri ext (EZ curl) - 90x6-8x3 straight bar tri pull down - 60x8x3 Also did something for tris that i saw someone else do. You lie on an incline bench and put the DBs on your chest on thier side ends and grasp them then just tricep ext them up off your chest at an angle..then place back down on your chest on the end, rinse repeat..make sense? works well and I like them cause you can go heavy and really feel it in the contraction. 50x6-8x2 Finished with 25mins of elliptical.

Have a chiro appt before the gym today, my back is still sore from back day last week. Hoping nothing is wrong but it seems to have a "twinge" to it when I get up from a chair or sit down...and standing for a bit of time is bothering me too, makes it feel like it is tightening up.
Oh well, after chiro is back day. If it is something back will just do upper back stuff and not dead heavy.

He got alot of his fighters on some cards at the local Indian Reservations, he charged you nothing unless you got on the card, so it was a great set up for me as I got experience and training for free...But now he opened a gym in Pasadena and is charging like $125 a month or something...... So yes, $150 for Gracie Jujitsu is a deal |

Well it got late, I'm old now and so I decided to crash and I went and laid down in one of the tents while all these fools kept partying away (there was at least 12-15 of us)....Next thing I know I hear my tent being unzipped and a bunch of fvckers laughing and trying to be quiet as I see their shadows all outside my tent... So I sat up and kicked off my sleeping bag and just in time for my friend to come thru the opening of the tent like like a tree being thrown on top of me. LOL, he landed right on me but his momentum carried him over me and he hit the floor pretty hard. In the same motion I twisted over him and was about to put the squeeze on him when I realized he was putting up no fight, in fact, he was lifeless!!! After closer inspection I found he was OUT COLD!!!! That fvcker knocked himself out when he tried to jump on me by going face first into the ground...LOL and it had cushioning under the tent too, still knocked him out.... Just thought I'd share that story as it goes down as a classic already over here. It was hilarious because it wasnt the first time he has been knocked out since I have known him and since we were kids we have made fun of him having a "glass jaw".... |
