Today: Flat BB Press 135 x warm x 2 255 x 6 x 1 255 x 5 x 2 255 x 4 x 1 225 x 8 x 1 DB Incline press 95's x 6 x 3 sets DB Incline Flys 50's x 8 x 3 sets Weighted Dips +40'lbs x 10 x 3 sets Side / front / back DB Raises 35's x 8 x 4 sets Cardio: 30 mins on treadmill, 14.0 incline, 3.1mph My shoulder is jacked up, think i need to get it checked out... called it a day at this point.

I hear ya man, busy time of the year. I also hear you on beach time! Can't wait to hit the sand for the first time in my life. I'm still cutting right now. I'm down to 177.4 as of this morning. My upperbody is starting to look tight by my ass is holding on to fat like woah. One more month of cutting.
I'm in a crappy situation right now. My membership ran out at my gym and you can only sign up in 3 month intervals. I'm moving in a month and don't want to waste money since I'm a student. I'm going to try to use my apartment's gym for the month. It has bare minimum and no recourse for deads or squats. I'm going to try to maintain the best I can. Keep it up man. |

I'll definitely check out your suggestion for a trial pass.
My top abs are pretty prominent now (more so than they ever have been, thats for damn sure). My bottom abs are still hiding from me as well under a little hump of fat. I hate it because it is the only thing holding me back from having a very fluid profile. My chest sticks out, abs poke out under my chest, then you hit my lower stomach and it reaches out. Frustrating, but in the scheme of things, I guess a pound of fat left to burn is better than the 70 that was originally there. You have any recent pictures? |
