Flat BB press 255 x 6 x 2 sets 255 x 5 x 1 255 x 4 x 1 Incline DB press 100's x 6 x 2 sets 100 x 5 x 2 Incline DB flys 50's x 8 x 2 50 x 6 x 2 Bent over Row 135 x warm 185 x 6 x 3 sets Vgrip Lat PD 220 x 6 x 2 sets 235 x 4 x 1 That was it for today, had to get into work early so i can get out in time for all the family sh1t going on today.

argh! havent been keeping up on the log for the last week or so.
Actually i got 4 days in this week which was nice, cut each WO down to like an hour and a half. Next week i should be able to do the same... but unlike this week ima try to go into it with a bit more of a plan. Mon BB Flat press DB Incline press Incline Flys Dips BB Rows Lat PD Pull ups Tues Mili Press DB Side / Front raises BB Curl DB Preachers DB hammer curl Squats Weds Offffffff Thurs BB incline press DB Flat press Incline Flys Dips DB Rows CG lats Pull ups Maybe some direct Tri work, after all the pressing sometimes it just feels like a waist of time. Friday NO MORE ****ING SHOULDER WORK PLEASE! BB Preachers Hammer Curl Some sort of concentration curl Forearm stuff Deads (still undecided on these, i know how awesome they are but that fear of hurting my back again is pretty hard to get past.)

Weight: 217lbs Seated front mili press 135 x warm 185 x 8 x 1 185 x 6 x 3 sets Side Delt raises 35's x 8 x 4 sets Front delt raises 35's x 6 x 4 sets Z-bar preacher curl / Standing DB Curl Supersets Zbar:70 x 8 x 4 sets DB's:30's x 8 x 4 sets DB Hamma! curl 45's x 8 x 4 sets Light Deadlift *Made up my mind that I want to do these, and if i get my lower back into proper shape there is no reason why i cant! The plan is to go supper light for now, i will add a small amount of weight every two weeks in hopes of slowly bringing my back up to par and avoiding anymore injury's! 135 x 8 x 4 sets (starting from scratch...) 30 mins of treadmill work... 13.0 incline, 3.3mph

Weight: 216 solid Flat BB Press: *Trying new bench format today a la Musclesntx 185 x Warm 275 x 3 x 3 index finger 1in inside ring 275 x 3 x 3 finger on ring 275 x 3 x 3 finger outside ring (maybe 1/2-1in) *Felt really good... i think ill give this an extended trial and see how it goes. Surprisingly I was able to push every rep clean, only used a spot for the very last set of wide grip work. DB incline presses 95's x 8 x 1 95 x 6 x 1 95 x 6 x1 *Shoulders were pretty blasted at this point, decided not to push with another set. DB Incline Flys 50's x 8 x 1 50 x 6 x 1 Shouldn't have even tried these... Rope Tri push downs 175x8x3 sets T-bar Tri push down 185 x 8 x 2 sets Did some weighted hyper extensions and then decided to call it a day. Very happy with the new benching though...
