Default New guy on the block diary

Hi, my name is Jon AKA Hollywood and I started lifting back in Chicago but stopped because of school. Recently moved to Florida and bought a bench press and two dumb bells (will expand). One reason I decided to start lifting again is because if the wind is stronger than 2mph I tend to get off the ground and I'm tired of wearing a back pack with bricks during the windy days. Anyway I'm 18 turning 19 pretty soon, about 5'10 and somewhere around 150lbs.

I dont have a schedule worked out yet! So when I work out I just do everything I can think of <<<probably not to good?>>> Today was my first real hard day where I worked out for 30 minutes and till it burned.

Diet:
Oat meal in the morning (flavored once apple, banana, strawberry, etc.)
Natural valley bars
W.E they make at work for lunch
Natural valley bar again
and w.e I make my self at home (from chicken to soup)

I gave up all my sodas and turned to 100% orange and apple juices.

Supplements:
Professional Strength Whey Protein
(Tastes like crap in both milk and oj) Can I mix it with my oat meal? Or any other liquids to make it more yami?
Stats:
Age:18
Sex:M
Hight:5'10
Weight:150lbs

Tools:
Bench bar
Bench seats
2 dumb bells
100lbs in total weight <<<Will buy more soon>>>

Schedule:
None at the moment...still need one if anyone is bored

First day of work outs:
July/11/07
30 mins

Pics taken on July/11/07

Feel free to comment and shoot some advice my way if you got one...I'll try just about everything

J

I was sopose to work out today but I didn't. Sorry my friends but lately I been coming home from work really beaten up and my foot been bothering me for about a week now.

I stand and walk all day and the back of my foot hurts when I walk in the morning or when ever I take a break and sit down. If I sit down for longer than 15 minutes its very hard to walk it out again. Minor swelling and discoloration so I hope it goes away soon. I might have to adjust the schedual once more since Sundays are the busiest at work.

I'm going to sleep since I'm tired as hell. I will work out tomorrow instead I can promise you that. If all goes well I shall have a home job soon which would only make me work for 3 hours a day or so for the same money if not better.

Got a decent work out just few minutes ago and now I'm drinking my muscle milk chocolate shake. One of the very first supplements I don't feel like puking right back out

I'll have a nice piece of meat in about an hour for dinner to so I'm chappy about that as well.

Anyway

Bicep curl
30lbs-8x
30lbs-8x
30lbs-4 or 5x

Bench press
80lbs-8x
80lbs-8x
80lbs-7x

Crunches
Unknown till it burned (60 maybe)

I know you can lift these weights while sleeping but since I haven't worked out in awhile these are actually pretty heavy for me. I will ad 5lbs to my work out next week monday if I feel like I can do them. If not I will do them for about another week and then add weight.

Feel like I'm getting bigger already

I couldn't find any exercises I could do with the tools I have for my back. Two dumb bells and a bench press...bend over rows is a small option as well.
