Default Nite's Chest Routine

Well, Im finally back in the gym. I will be starting a chest specialization routine. Probably be doing it for 3 weeks and then switching it back to a normal routine. Unfortunately, I had to miss yesterday due to some unforeseen circumstances but I will just tweek this week a bit. Get back on track for next week, at least until I go to the IRL race in Ohio..

It will break down like this...

Mon- Chest/Shoulder
Tues - Legs
Wed - Off
Thursday - Back
Friday - Arms
Sat - off

that looks like a good split and would suit me perfectly as i need 2 have the wednesday off coz i work til 9pm that day!

Its only gonna be like that on the first week. 2nd week tuesday and friday will be off and so on.

Im not a big fan of scheduling workouts by day of the week. If you are ready to go, you should hit the gym regardless of what day it is.
