started pull\push\legs routine...its just easier to manage over DC wilth all my summer school courses and my job...i wont put in the first 3 workouts i did...i JUST decided to make the log so heres yesterdays pull day
These are working sets only not including my warm ups May 23rd 2007 Deadlift 355x5 355x4 355x3 (4th didnt quite lock out) 355x2 Tbar rows 140x12 150x8 150x6 150x5 Yates BB rows (first time ive ever done em) 135x 10 135x7 Pull ups (bodyweight...188 lbs) x7 x5 x4 x3....by the pull ups my forearms and back are very tired lol. Alt DB curls 35x 10 35x8 35x8 35x7 Alt Db hammer curls 30x 9 30x8

still sick so my body cant afford to do 50 mins (25 mins each way) on the bike to get to school and back plus a work out....coughing up green sh!t so i need to get better
