Default Hoboken21's Log...No not that Log! :)

I decided to open a thread in here,so I can show progress and all that good stuff.

Previous information is located here.

Journey to build/keep muscle,and burn fat!

Anyway

1) Today I've added swimming to my workout plans.I do it in the mornings on an empty stomach. Usually you'll never catch me with my shirt off. But since I've been lifting,I've been starting to have an increased amount of confidence.

2) Also,I tried my FIRST arms only day,and wow were my arms pumped.

But every time I have new information on my progress I'll post it here.

Alright,I've decided to stop swimming,and take it out of my workout plan.

I'd swim in the morning and when it came time to work out,later in the day,I had no type of energy.I like to do cardio (machines) after I lift,and I was barely able to finish lifting because I felt so tired.

I typically do cardio on my off days. Lift 3 days a week and do cardio 3 separate days.

Alright guys,here's a little update but a huge one for me.

I checked my weight today,and I lost 10 pounds.

This made me very happy,and was glad to finally see progress.
