This was 9-22-2006 when I started.
Alright, back from the gym. Took the shake in the morning 1st thing for breakfest. Around 8-10oz of water. Hit the gym about 10:15am and left about 12:15, so I was there for 2 hours. Today was chest and ab's and the workout consisted of the following: Flat BB Bench: 145lbs 3 sets at 4-6 reps Incline BB Bench: 125lbs 2 sets at 4-6 reps Crunches machine 145lbs 3 sets 10 reps cable pull down: 80lbs 2 sets 10 reps The humidity where I live is not bad (San Diego), this usually drains me, and although I only 6-8 hours worth of sleep last night, the workout went well. I did not notice any pumpbut I did not feel drained. I cannot say this was intraxcell because the weather just changed and last week was the first humid week, so my body might be accustomed to the weather change, although I do feel more energetic. I am eating my post workout meal as we speak: 1 serving of cinch for lunch. Tomorrow is back and bi's so I will update then. I weight currently 230 and im 5ft 5.. My bf is at around 45% goal is 10% |

Today was back and bi's. My bi's were pumped and felt good. Workout was as follows: wide grip pulldowns 130 lbs 2 sets 4-6 bb bent rows 45x2+bar 2 sets 4-6 dead lift almost 300+lbs 1 sets 4-6 (started over with dead lifts) barbell curls ez curl 85lbs 3sets 4-6 ( I still swing so I will continue to do 85 on ez till I stop swinging) dumbbell curl 40lbs each arm 2 sets 4-6 |

Training:
Tri's and Sholder shurgs -Energy and Endurance through out the workout Work was very great today. Endurance was great during training and I was able to train very hard. My Tri's and traps were very pumped and vascularity was great. Cable pull down 90lbs 2 sets 4-6 Skull crusher 60lbs 3 sets 4-6 Barbell shurgs 100lbs 5 sets 10 |

Pretty much my diet has shakes and fruits and vegitables no meat and no dairy. I feel good. I am looking at my notes from when I started and it is very simple to follow. Shake snack shake and shake at dinner. Got to go I will put more of my log after work.

There's nothing wrong with cutting meats out - at all. There's plenty of other ways to get your protein in. Meat is not the only source of protein and it's not the best either. It's all a matter of preference in the end so to each his own. There's no need to eat meat and besides, the program he's on provides him with more than enough leucine allowing preserving all his muscle and any losses are coming off from his fat - 100% muscle preservation. Actually, the part of the program that allows it to work so great is the patented leucine to protein ratio. There's other deciding factors and major roles being filled and played other than meat ingestion. Meat digestion produces a lot of acids in the bowel. One of these is deoxycholic acid which becomes carcinogenic in the digestion process. Meat eaters have a much greater amount of this acid, in the bowel, than do vegetarians. So, human intestines have difficulty dealing with the high fat and low fiber, and are designed very differently from carnivores like cats and dogs. These animals have intestines which allow for much quicker passage of waste through the intestines. Human bowels are long and wind back and forth whereas carnivore bowels are smooth and short for quick elimination of waste. Carnivores therefore are not subject to colon cancer as are humans.

I feel great and I eat more than just shakes. I have fruits and salads too during the day. So far I am looking at my notes I have droped 3% bf. I will look for my other notebook for training log and write it down. I found October 15 06 log.
