Notes from November 19-24th.
Mixed my shakes up with different fruits. I am trying grape fruit this week. Not so great but the GI with it is as low as you can get next to cherrys I believe. The cd this cinch program comes with is amazing. I should show you guys a sample of what a week looks like. I am at 224lbs and 39% bf. |
