Nothing there I did some sissy cross overs because I felt pretty pumped. DECLINE PRESS HS Machine 180 X 8 200 X 6 DIPS assisted 25 - 10 Skull Crusher 60 X 8 70 X 6 - almost found out why they call it that Upright Row 70 X 10 80 X 8 90 X 6 100 X 5 Ab work.... Food Bagel in morning, scoop Lunch was Mongolian Beef, some soup Dinner was the same with some more chicken thrown in on the side. Didn't do very good on snacking on Friday... =(
