I am going to start a journal here.
I have been doing a 2 day split for the past couple weeks. A BP wu to 5 X 2 Push Press wu to 5 X 2 Seated Military Press 10 X 3 Skull Crushers wu to 5 X 3 B Deadlift wu to 3 X 2 Squat wu to 10 X 3 Row wu to 10 X 3 Bi curls wu to 10 X 3 I need to change something my back is still real weak and my hamstrings are a mess. I plan on integrating some more exercises for my core and hamstrings and giving up on heavy deadlifts. |

Nite, I am not totally giving up on them. I am going to be working in the 20 rep range though for a few weeks. I got some problems with my back (broke it when I was younger) and I cannot have my hamstrings and back the weakest link in this lift.

Pullups
BW X 6 X 3 - these aren't going well. I get snap crackle pop in my shoulder if I go down too far. BB Rows 135 X 12 X 3 Deadlifts 135 X 12 X 4 Squats 135 X 12 X 3 Weights will go up next time in the gym. |

I haven't had a problem with it. Only point I think about is the bottom the stress on my shoulder. I feel pretty good today. I will start using a belt for that exercise. I am going to go watch a video to check my form make sure I am doing everything correctly.

Ran 2 miles this morning 5:30 am. Felt pretty good. I feel great right now. However, how do you stop sweating. I showered after my run but I barely even start to sweat until after I get out of the shower. Its crazy !
