Been a while...
Haven't been able to update this log in a month, but I've still been lifting consistently, I have a notebook with all my records but it would be too tedious to enter it all in here, so I'll start again tomorrow, as today is an off day. Haven't been able to gain any weight so I'm going to boost my food intake, but my lifts are going up, had to deload on deads do to a broken finger and poor form but now I'm back to repping 255 x 5 x 4. Got bench down to 185 x 4 x 4, going to drop the weight and up the reps for a while on that one. Squats still kind of suck (old car accident fvcked up my right hip pretty bad) Trying for 165 x 5 x 4 tomorrow ATG, wish me luck.
