Ok so I finally had to see WTF lock is, I took a wild guess that it was a rugby position and that got me somewhere. Good luck with your goals.

yep. lock is at the tail-end of the scrum. also lock's need to b mobile, follow ball runners for offloads, and b able to defend. in defense they should b roaming and b able to slot into the middle with the forwards or anywhere in the backline. with lock, there is more emphasis on the defense then the attacking.

yep. i do not know much about the no. 8 as that is rugby union but as far as its similarity with lock, im pretty sure they r very close, although slightly different roles.

they arent really too close. Locks in union are the middle of the scrum, providing the main push. They usually are also lineout jumpers as well. Very rarely will a lock get roaming commission, thats usually reserved for the #8 or openside flankers. Locks main job on offense is to follow the play and ruck/support.

if ur legs r sweet and u dont 'feel' that they r holding u bak even after squats, then ur not pushing urself enough on squats. i know after i do squats im buggered, i couldnt comprehend doing DL's straight after. my quads would b more inclined to cramp if i tried to go to the floor to set for DLs....

regardless of whether or not u feel it, there both 2 of the top compound movements u can do. both very taxing on the body and the CNS. that is one good reason why ppl advise against it.

im on a diet of no carbs after 6, but i get one cheat day...on my cheat day i had a box of chicken wings at 7 (a box of 2Kg, minus bones, so about 1Kg of meat lol), a large pizza, just cheese at 9, and then a double big mac at 11. i think that tops ur 1 meal, i did about that in 2 of those closely bunched meals

and that was the first time i had macdonalds in over a year lol!

keep up the good work dude

I have new respect for you and it has nothing to do with your gym skillz or the fact that you want to play with c0ck, errr whatever your name is.

Larry Bird is definitely one of my all-time idols. I actually saw that avatar and put in the DVD "Larry Bird - A Basketball Legend". He's tearing it up in Terre Haute right now. I need to forward to the part where Magic says "I fear noone, but Larry Bird. Because if he has a chance to make a shot and beat you, he's going to win that game..." Or a young Danny Ainge speaking about when Larry made the greatest steal ever and beat Detroit in the conference finals "They forgot. Forgot about Larry Bird, that's all..." I am awake!

Larry Joe Bird is King.
December 7 should be a national holiday, and not because of Pearl Harbor (although that is quite significant). It's LJB's birthday! lol
Larry is 50!

I'm naming my next kid Larry Bird Pete Rose Myers.

Yeah, I have that on TiVo as well from ESPN Classic (the entire interview with Magic). I also have that vid saved as one of my faves. Him whipping Bill Laimbeer's dirty ass was classic.

take it from someone who has an array of injuries, stop now and look after it. no1 likes a chronic injury, lol...

ice it up, see a doctor if u can, and dont rely on ibuprofen either.
