Default Mitch's road to 10%

Its time to cut. Actually i started last week but i figured if i keep a log, ill be more likely to stick to it. I plan on cutting for the next 3 months so im gonna start gradually and work up to it the further i get along. What i mean by that is theres no reason to restrict carbs now, ill save that as an option when i get to a sticking point. Dont wanna get burned out early. Same with cardio, ill start with 30 minutes and work up to an hour when i hit a stickng point. So the plan is 2500 calories a day, lifting on M,W,F and cardio on T,TH,SAT and sunday will be my cheat day.

Current stats:

Weight 236
Bodyfat 19%

Goal:

Weight 205
Bodyfat 10%

Heres what i ate today:

9am- shredded wheat, skim milk
noon- eggdrop soup, sloppy joe(lean burger)
3pm PB toast, milk
6pm banana, whey shake
7pm cardio
8pm chicken breast, chili
11pm shredded wheat, milk, 1 scoop whey

Not the best day of eating i need to go shopping badly. Ill clean it up as i go along and eliminate certain foods till it looks like this.

9am whey shake, oatmeal
noon chicken or turkey, nuts, fruit
3pm tuna sandwich, milk
6pm steak, sweet potato, vegetable
9pm vegetable stir fry w/chicken
11pm whey shake with milk

Good luck bro, it's funny I'm doing the same thing too.
I already lost 12lbs down to 253 and counting. I figured I will drop to 230 to get close to 10%. Good deal, I will check in from time to time

Good deal, you too bro I'm thinking of doing a cutter cycle when I get stuck down the road most likely in 2 months or so, otherwise I think I will burn too much muscle

Good luck, I'm trying to slim down now myself. Always seem to have a problem with the last few lbs and worry about losing muscle.

Thanks man. I like to refer to the last cycle as a 4 week low dose dbol cycle followed by a 4 week break followed by a 2 week test prop cycle. Turned out ok though. One thing thats got me upset is my Bi's. Not only are they lagging at 17.5" but the right one is way bigger than the left. Ive seen a million posts by others about this and i decided just to take the advice everyone gives and just let it work itself out, but its not. In fact its going the opposite direction cause a year ago there was less than a 1/4 inch difference but now theres a solid 1/2 inch difference.

Wow that is a huge difference. Bro, could it be a mind over matter thing. Its strange I never had a size difference that large, intresting, what are your thoughts on that??? what could have caused it??

I dunno. My left pec is under-devoleped too compared to the right. I guess i dont have good genetics and symmetry.

I just noticed that one too Mitch with your new double bi shot.
They left one is noticably smaller.

How long has this been going on?
I had that problem and my left was a half inch smaller than my right, but now my left is the bigger one, but only by a fraction of an inch.
Hmmm?

I have that problem currently, it's like my left pec is about a whole inch bigger than the right.

Its been going on for a year and half and the bigger i get, the bigger the discrepancy. Did you do anything specific to balance it out?
