Thanks. 200lbs at 10%bf is my goal. Well see how i look then. I might then do a clean bulk and try to put on another 5-10lbs of lbm.

Was your weight steady enough during this period?

The reason I ask Is because I am in PCT and will be finishing next thursday and hoping to jump into a ten week cut with the prospect of my holiday at the end.

Im hoping to keep all I have gained from my last cycle and wondering if you feel you have cut too soon?

I honestly dont feel like i put on alot of quality muscle the last cycle. im jsut trying to get back to a better starting point right now. My strength has dropped a little from last cycle but is still much higher than after first cycle.

I'm starting to understand the value of a clean bulk myself. Even on gear is not too smart to eat bad unless you just want to power lift. Dieting is a biatch for sure LOL

It something that I talked about with my dietician a while back when Mitch and I first discussed the different approaches in Bulking in his AAS log.

The way I look at it now is that if your aiming for 3500 calories a day, and your making that with a dirty bulk easy, then if you were to clean it up, with the exception of the odd cheat meal, you would actually be consuming a lot more food than before and with this better selection of food, your providing your body with a greater ratio of macro nutrients etc and therefore better growth possibilities.

When Im lean this time around Im staying that way.

Which reminds me... I need to get photos up of my last cycle results.

Went to 168 and Im in PCT now and sitting at 165 steadily, doesnt sound like much compared to the 220lbs plus freaks like Hrpii but Its starting to look more like it on my small frame.


Heres what Im aiming towards, A mate of mine and also 5'5" @ 180lbs.
