Thanks. 200lbs at 10%bf is my goal. Well see how i look then. I might then do a clean bulk and try to put on another 5-10lbs of lbm.

Haha, well im attributing it more to the fake gear but yeah, im gonna lean bulk next time just cause i hate cutting.

I'm starting to understand the value of a clean bulk myself. Even on gear is not too smart to eat bad unless you just want to power lift. Dieting is a biatch for sure LOL

The way I look at it now is that if your aiming for 3500 calories a day, and your making that with a dirty bulk easy, then if you were to clean it up, with the exception of the odd cheat meal, you would actually be consuming a lot more food than before and with this better selection of food, your providing your body with a greater ratio of macro nutrients etc and therefore better growth possibilities. When Im lean this time around Im staying that way. Which reminds me... I need to get photos up of my last cycle results. Surfer
