Thanks. dropped a total of 14lbs so far but the first 5-6 were just water from the cycle. Still 8-9lbs of fat in 3 weeks im very happy with hopefully it keeps coming off this easy. As for the shaved head thing, im still workin on it.

I was thinking it may have to do with cardio. I had a hernia repaired last year and I know for a fact when I am on the elliptical or running I am maxing out on my good side. I can't help it. So there is a difference. Just a thought. The weights are even. What else could it be. By the way you look good in a non lustful heterosexual way.

Well, we went and had authentic mexican and a few beers on friday nite and saturday I cooked a big lasagna dinner, had a whole bottle of wine to myself, and then went out and drank till 4 in the morning. Im afraid to get on the scale tomorrow.

I never over-ate though.

I couldnt resist i had to jump on the home scale. Im good, i didnt sabotage all my progress over the weekend. Oh that food above isnt all the bad food i ate this weekend either. I had chinese for lunch on friday and had taco bell saturday and sunday. Oh i also picked up a bloomin onion from Outback takeout to eat with my chicken and sweet potato dinner last night.

geesh man, you did pig out. Other than high sodium stuff, it probably wasn't as bad if you stayed active this weekend. That's good, that means your body is processing those calories. Taco bell is evil, as I'm going their for lunch today with coworkers and will have just one chicken taco and a protein bar. As I'm keeping my carbs under 150 a day. So far today, my carbs have been "good" carbs.. 3/4 cup oatmeal and one slice of whole wheat bread.

Well dont feel bad, Im sure ill be down to only oatmeal and whole wheat bread in a few weeks. Youre right, Taco bell is evil too. I try to eat only things on their menu with steak or chicken.

I dunno, im sure it has something to do with the fact that im in the gym 6 days a week doing some form of exercise. Plus, like i said i dont over eat. Even when im eating this crap i limit my big meals to 700-800 calories and make sure theres a good source of protein in it. So even though it was kinda dirty eating, I didnt go over my daily maintenance calories on any of these days.

6 days a week... wow, I thought you only trained 4-5!!! you know I am joking. I know you work hard, so you can endulge and just limit to make sure you don't go way over, but that blooming onion Man I haven't had one of those babies in ages. They are the bomb!

I lift 3 days and do cardio the other 3. Just getting the onion for takeout was kind of a compromise as opposed to eating at the resturant. Theres no way to go in there and not overeat with all the freakin food they give you. Those bloomin onions are sick with calories too but they taste sooooo gooooood!

thats funny the outback here, doesn;t give enough food..
Now Longhorn's is a different animal. But I would prolly waste all my calories on their margaritas.
