Thanks. dropped a total of 14lbs so far but the first 5-6 were just water from the cycle. Still 8-9lbs of fat in 3 weeks im very happy with hopefully it keeps coming off this easy. As for the shaved head thing, im still workin on it.

I was thinking it may have to do with cardio. I had a hernia repaired last year and I know for a fact when I am on the elliptical or running I am maxing out on my good side. I can't help it. So there is a difference. Just a thought. The weights are even. What else could it be. By the way you look good in a non lustful heterosexual way.

Actually, ill bet i didnt gain a single pound and might've even lost a touch. i can feel it.Ill find out tomorrow at weigh in.

I couldnt resist i had to jump on the home scale. Im good, i didnt sabotage all my progress over the weekend. Oh that food above isnt all the bad food i ate this weekend either. I had chinese for lunch on friday and had taco bell saturday and sunday. Oh i also picked up a bloomin onion from Outback takeout to eat with my chicken and sweet potato dinner last night.

I dunno, im sure it has something to do with the fact that im in the gym 6 days a week doing some form of exercise. Plus, like i said i dont over eat. Even when im eating this crap i limit my big meals to 700-800 calories and make sure theres a good source of protein in it. So even though it was kinda dirty eating, I didnt go over my daily maintenance calories on any of these days.
