To be honest mate its hard to tell when your looking smooth.

I would personally like to see you a little tighter before jumping in and giving opinions.

Drop down a few % and things should look a lot sharper.

When you down that far you may want to look into a cyclical diet.

Its something I will be experimenting with to get me Sub Ten.

I have to agree with a couple post here. Very nice legs, and I actually feel comfortable saying that to another man?! Your leg program is working great for you, don't change a thing. If it's not broke, keep it going strong.

Before any mention of the bi's, I noticed the same thing. In one shot, it just appears the delts over power the bi's where they tie in. You do need to get that routine tweaked a little.

Overall, the progress is very noticable. You should be happy with the gains made (of course we all want more), but each step foward is something to brag about. At 10%, you will be wanting to bulk again... the cycle never ends....oh, and did I mention IGF would do wonders for bringing that lagging bi up to size

Yes, im using redline vpx just to keep my energy up and control my appetite. My stomach is so stretched out from the bulk i just did that even when i eat 2500 calories in a day i feel starved but its getting better. Im only taking 2 capsules a day right now which really isnt much but i will bump it up as i go along. Looking forward to getting lean.

No, my wife wont let me. I wanna get a sort of mohawk but she says no.



As of last friday I was down 2 more lbs to 226. Cardio has been 3x a week so far and consists of 20 minutes on the stepmill and 15 minutes on the treadmill. Diet hasnt been very clean but this just goes to show that when youve got BF to lose, theres no need to jump right into an extreme diet such as a carbless or highly calorie restricted one. I ate pizza, boneless wings, chinese, taco bell, and drank beer all weekend and still making headway. Of course im not relying on that stuff I still eat plenty of lean meats and good carbs. The redline is helping to by way of controlling my appetite and boosting my energy level. I realize eventually ill hit a plateau and ill have to clean it up but im enjoying cutting right now.

As of today im down another 1.5 lbs to 224.5lbs. Did 42 minutes on the treadmill @ 3.5mph and 2 degree incline.

Down 1 more pound to 223.5.

40 minutes on the treadmill @ 3.5mph and 2 degree incline.

Heres a sample of what ive been eating for the past 2 weeks. Been trying to keep the ratios at around 40/40/20.
