Yes, im using redline vpx just to keep my energy up and control my appetite. My stomach is so stretched out from the bulk i just did that even when i eat 2500 calories in a day i feel starved but its getting better. Im only taking 2 capsules a day right now which really isnt much but i will bump it up as i go along. Looking forward to getting lean.

As of last friday I was down 2 more lbs to 226. Cardio has been 3x a week so far and consists of 20 minutes on the stepmill and 15 minutes on the treadmill. Diet hasnt been very clean but this just goes to show that when youve got BF to lose, theres no need to jump right into an extreme diet such as a carbless or highly calorie restricted one. I ate pizza, boneless wings, chinese, taco bell, and drank beer all weekend and still making headway. Of course im not relying on that stuff I still eat plenty of lean meats and good carbs. The redline is helping to by way of controlling my appetite and boosting my energy level. I realize eventually ill hit a plateau and ill have to clean it up but im enjoying cutting right now.

Down 1 more pound to 223.5.
40 minutes on the treadmill @ 3.5mph and 2 degree incline. Heres a sample of what ive been eating for the past 2 weeks. Been trying to keep the ratios at around 40/40/20.

Yep, its really not that bad for ya. Good source of protein and complex carbs.
