Well I did not put more weight on one side of the DB or add another set to my left arm like some suggest to do, I just basically concentrated a little more to flex and squeeze with more intensity on my left side when I did DB and BB curls and I'd say within 6-8 months my left one caught up to the right.

Me neither. Well if you do DB presses you can add a little more to the one DB? I myself just say "screw it"

And thats where I came up with the idea that it might have something to do with which hand you are dominante, cause it seems that the oppisite side is the one that lags. Hmmmm intresting.... I do what Tommy said I squeeze with more intensity on my left side also, as I am also right hand dominate. Ok here is a perfect example of mind over matter.

If you are sitting, lift your right leg slightly, now start making clockwise circles whle doing this in the air try to draw a number six, if you notice your foot will now be going counterclock wise...... Check it out.!!

I think youre probably right, its a right hand dominant issue. As for the little trick there i can make my foot go clockwise while still drawing a 6 so whats that mean?

Well what it's suppose to mean is that your mind for some people can't process the direction of both the foot and hand.. BUt of course you have to be diferent, damn you mitch... you made my test seem stupid...

FREAK!! SICKO!!! Crazy MAN!!

I have to agree with a couple post here. Very nice legs, and I actually feel comfortable saying that to another man?! Your leg program is working great for you, don't change a thing. If it's not broke, keep it going strong.

Before any mention of the bi's, I noticed the same thing. In one shot, it just appears the delts over power the bi's where they tie in. You do need to get that routine tweaked a little.

Overall, the progress is very noticable. You should be happy with the gains made (of course we all want more), but each step foward is something to brag about. At 10%, you will be wanting to bulk again... the cycle never ends....oh, and did I mention IGF would do wonders for bringing that lagging bi up to size

So you got any routine tweaking suggestions? I really neglected my bi's this cycle as i thought rows and other compound movements would be enough.

compound movements have never been enough for my bi,tri, calve, traps, etc.

What/when do you do bi's now? Same day as back, or do you have any "arm" day stuff?

for me, standing cable curls make my bi's fill with blood to an unbelievable pump... more so than standing BB curls. Doing sets of 8-12 reps with 160-180 lbs make your bi's feel like rocks.

I was only doing 2 exercises with 3 sets so 6 sets total a week. About a month ago i bumped it up to 10-12 sets a week and they started growing. I neglect tris too. I dont think i did any tricep specific exercises that whole cycle. It was just a week or two ago i started doing skull crushers and dips again. I got some catching up to do. Now my bi routine looks like this and its on back day:

Db curls
5 sets of 5

Preacher curls
3 sets of 8

Concentration curls
3 sets of 8

Burnout set of 20-25 reps(failure) with lighter DBs.

It's not totally bad, but the trick is finding what movement will engage your bi's. Definitely do 3 sets of bi's, and throw the whole concentration curls out for a while. Here, pick 3 and swap the others in and out to see which works best and in which order. All these are in my routine, since there are so much to chose from, you are always hitting the bi head a little different and not letting your body get "used" to the weight.

BB Curls
Cable Curls - narrow grip and/or wide grip
Standing DB curls
Seated DB curls
Incline DB curls
Preacher Curls
laying db curls <- more advanced
Dbl Bi cable curls (done with the cable cross-over)
DB hammer curls
Reverse EZ Curls-standing

Once you get those down good. Then:
Concentration DB curl
Concentration Cable Curl

Alright, thanks. Ive tried cable curls a couple times and remember getting a huge pump off them. I might have to make them a staple along with straight bar BB curls and standign DB curls.

What about hammer curls? They hit a different part of the Bicep so do you think based on the pics that i need to be doing those?

Yes, it's in the list

not only does it hit the bi, but also the forearm.
