I graduated on the 19th of may but I have a load of post grad work to do because I shifted my area of focus. It is true calc is not that bad, but when combined with another class, work and everything else getting the entire class done in a 4 week time frame that our summer classes have gets tricky.
But I still have time to squat... BB squats, jumping back in, took it a bit easy today but I will get back up warmups 235x6 250x6 270x6 290x6 SLDL warmups 250x5x3 Leg press 490x20 580x15 670x10 calf press 440x20x3 15 mins elliptical and stretching. Back to work for doob.

Bench day,
I was out of it for the first half of my workout, felt like I had no energy to bring to my first set of lifts, after I did my second set of lifts the carbs kicked in and things went fine, prob should have waited another hour before I started lifting but oh well. decline bb bench warmups 185x6 205x6 225x6 255x1+3a snatch's, first time doing these actually, took it really light to begin with bar x 8 95x8x3 cleans, again, first time really doing these bar practice 135x8x3 RGBP on smith, wish it had been freeweight, smith is odd 135x8 155x8 185x5 205x5 225x4 pr even on smith some ez bar curls at 105 and I was out
