That makes me think the 15-30 mins of cardio I added to my regime 5 weeks ago may have been draining me. Over the last 2 weeks I cut the after workout cardio and my lifts have been getting back up. Not sure, I could either try and fit sparse cardio in my non lifting days, reduce intensity/time of cardio after weights or add some carbs here and there to help recover. Sleeping more could help too. for posteritys sake if/before anyone asks my diet is roughly: 2800-3100 calories/day 7-9 meals 250-350g protein 30-90g fat ~250 carbs it fluctuates due to my schedule but its a rough idea PS thanks guys for the props, and I will definitely need all the luck i can get for medschool

Alright, I was feeling sick and kinda out of it, but I went in and did some squats anyway.

Took finals week off from lifting, wanted my systems as energized as possible and didnt want to deal with muscle/nerve drain.
Quick and easy incline and rgbps today Incline BB bench wu wu 175x5 185x5 195x5 205x4 RGBP wu 135x5 145x5 155x5 165x5 I am still getting used to RGBP, but it is quickly becoming one of my favorite tri exercises, all I really do now for tris is cgbp on friday and rgbp on monday and ive been having great results (Skulls tweak my elbows in bad ways so i dont do them) Other than that it just feels good to have finals done peace

Alright, Squat day
ATG squats warmups 225x5 225x5 235x5 I kept these nice and light as I have not done ATG in a long time, I may do a bit heavier next week and then head on into adding more as I want to come back into ATG nice and slow. SLDL warmups 235x5 255x5 270x4 After SLDL I did some leg press to finish these motions off ~500x10x3 GHR bwx5 3 sets Ha, if anyone read my deadlift thread and suggested these you were not kidding, felt like every balance and stabilizing weakness got a sharp kick in the ass, I went down as far as I could and kept my form tight as I could, bit rough but its the first day I did these so it was not too bad, next week should be better Some calf press work ~500x8x 3 sets All in all I think this is a good step forward for overall strength, for those that didnt check my DL thread I was having issues with the low pull section of the lift and today highlighted the notion that it is some glute/ham weakness that may be holding me back, considering those groups feel heavily worked today compared to my previous squat days things are looking good.
