Mon: Legs/Abs 20 min cardio
Squats: 225x6 225x7 225x7 215x8 I was going for reps of 8-10 so I started off a little heavy. I'll just work up from here though Front Squats: 115x8 155x8 155x8 Haven't done these in awhile so decided since I'm going light that I'd do them today. They felt good. SLDLs 225x8 225x8 225x8 GHRs @ 45 degree angle bwx12 bwx10 bwx10 DC Standing Calves 270x8 270x8 270x8 Seated Calves 135x10 Hanging Knee Raise 25x15 25x12 25x10 I wanted to do 30 min of cardio but was limited on time so I just upted the intensity and ran for 20 minutes.

I ran at 6.0 for 30 min after my light push workout on wednesday. On Monday, after squats, I ran 5.7 for 20 minutes. I vary it depending on the day and how I feel. I could definatly run faster for longer but I don't. I take 23 grams BCAAs before my cardio.
