been a while since i posted...lets cut straight to it...bulking up for god knows how long...been gaining...recently added deads (two months ago) in to my workouts and without doubt, i have gained serious strength...

19 - '155-160' - 5'8

three day split..."Chest/Shoulders/Tricep - Back/Bicep - Legs/Abs"

Mon:
Flat Bench: 210lbs 3x6 or
Decline: 210lbs 3x6 or
Military Press: 115lbs 3x7
Side Lateralls (Machine): 115lbs 3x6
Tricep Push Downs: 165lbs 3x8
Close grip Bench: 135lbs 3x6
(occasionally) Dips: 0lbs 3x7

Tues:
BB curl: 105lbs 3x7
Preacher (machine): 80lbs 3x7
Deadlifts: 245lbs 3x5 or 6
Lat Pulldowns: 140lbs 3x7
pull ups (wide): 0lbs 2x6 or 7
Shrugs: 180lbs 3x12 or more

Wed:

Gj on the deads. Bit odd doing biceps first though, I would imagine that would considerably weaken your lat pulldown and pull ups? It might actually damage your bicep growth (relatively speaking)....just a thought.

Push/pull/legs is a great program, good luck with yout goals.

Do you train biceps before deads and lat work?

That's the type of routine I am going to switch to. Let me know what you come up with for legs. Currently I only do 4 lower body excercises.

Squat
Leg Curl
Leg Extension
Calf Raises

yea...bb curls first...i knew they would weaken my lat pulldowns and my pull ups...but...I thought doing those first would weaken my curls...so i kept biceps first...but i try to switch which comes first every few weeks...bad idea??? and keyhole...i stopped doing leg extensions a little bit ago...i dont think they greally give you mass...think it stretches your legs more then anything...

Not to hijack your log, but I have to agree with the leg extension point. I junked them too, not because of the lack of mass but because I felt like I got nothing from them that was beneficial to me.

Good work on the deadlifting...and good luck with your goals.

The worst thing you could do it train biceps first.

Mon: same as above

Tuesday:
Bench: 210lbs 3x6

Military Press (behind neck): 115lbs 3x7
Side Laterals: 90lbs 3x8-10
Tricep Pushdowns: 165lbs 3x8
finished...pain in heart...

Wed
Deads: 235lbs 2x5/ 245lbs 1x6
Lat Pulldowns: 145lbs 3x6
Shrugs: 180lbs 3x12

quick ?....because of college and work...im able to work out mon through wed...is a four day break to long...do I lose any thing previously earned?
