Well I figure it is time to keep one of these to help keep me on track. I have been lifting for 3-4 years off an on, with some moderate success. Here goes.

Thanks....my back and arms are my weakness. I am a little chest, shoulder, and legs heavy. Seem to grow a little faster in those areas. My goal is even out the arms and back.

Lol....it isn't that I don't drink before training....it is that I don't drink at all during the day. I have a stressful job...been relying on drinking a little too much...so I want to make sure I post about it.

Had to work late...no training. Ate clean until dinner...had some frozen pizza, low fat ice cream and 4 vodka 7's.

I don't know...been following Max-OT and they have it on Legs...after hammy curls. I guess it wouldn't really matter if I did it again on back days.

What kind are they having you do? Straight-Leg Deads are a hams exercise, so maybe that is what they are having you do............
