Thanks fitme. No, I have not done many shows. I was training for 2 shows last year but my gyno surgery knocked me out of that.
My best showing was at the Elmendorf AFB Bodybuilding Spring Classic, I took 2nd place at that show. I was only a bantamweight then...

Quads... Squats 1st Set - 8 reps 2nd -6 reps 3rd- 5 reps 4th - 4 reps 5th - 3 reps Hamstrings...Stiff Leg Deadlifts 1st Set - 8 reps 2nd - 6 reps 3rd - 5 reps 4th - 4 reps Calves - Standing Calf Raises 1st Set - 10 reps 2nd - 8 reps 3rd - 6 reps 4th - 5 reps 5th - 4 reps The next exercises will be compound sets.. Chest & Back - 3 sets - 12-15 reps... Incline DB & Pulldowns (front) Shoulders & Abs - 4 sets 12-15 reps...Shoulder Press(smith) - cable crunches Biceps & Triceps - 3 sets 12-15 reps...Incline Curls & Pushdowns
