My update on my HIIT session....
I did this on a cross-trainer this time. 5 minute warm-up 15 minutes of intervals ( 10 total intervals) Each interval was 1 minute long. The first 45 seconds of the interval I went at 50% of my maximum, the last 15 seconds I went all out (full bore). I had 30 seconds rest in between intervals. 2 minute cool-down 3 sets of Hanging Leg Raises 3 sets of Decline Crunches 3 sets of Cable Crunches I then went tanning again in the stand-up unit afterwards.

Today was back/biceps. I had a good day, strength was good and everything is going smoothly so far.
Deadlifts - 275 x 8 315 x 6 335 x 4 345 x 3 T-Bar Rows (old school style) - 3 plates 10 reps 4 plates 8 reps - 3 sets Pulldowns (front) - 1 x 140 - 10 reps 1 x 150 - 10 reps 2 x 170 - 8, 6 reps Spider Curls - 2 x 30 - 10 reps Incline Curls - 2 x 35 - 10 reps Plus 30 minutes on the treadmill.
