I finally took some pics. They came out terrible. I was only able to salvage 3 of them. The rest are blurry and terrible. I need a new camera.

The only full body shot that was halfway decent is still blury. Darn cameras.

Here is the pre-contest photos....14 weeks out.

My workout today was my deloading phase. Next week I will start my new split.. Most likely 2 days on, 1 day off routine.

Seriously, you going to talk about the mental anguish of dieting? How about sharing your macro ratios and such? I always enjoy seeing how everyone reacts to the deprivation. Just update this thread more often.
