Thanks Veng. My next competiton will be a NPC National event. I plan to come in heavier and better conditioned.

Thanks everyone. Yes, I have eaten bad all week actually. Tomorrow I hit the gym again. I will straighten up my diet however I will be eating full servings of calories since I will be bulking back up.

Matt, I tanned quite a bit for the show but that is 2 coats of Dream Tan that you see there.
