living in Central Indy, I was looking forward to seeing Nite on stage, and taking some good photos, but as luck will have it, I will be out of town the last weekend of June. son of a gun, this just sucks. Maybe I could change my schedule around and go up against nite on stage. 2 BB4U members going head to head

Nite - this is some "training diary"...
- When are you going to start dieting down? - What BF% and weight are you at now? - What does your diet look like? - What kind of diet/cardio do you have planned when it gets closer? - and on and on and on and on............................... Hook us all up with some more details brudda......... Don't worry hrpiii - I am not far from Anderson, IN - I'll am planning on going. I'll get some photos for you.

Sorry fellas, my computer is down and I havent had a chance to update anything on here yet. I am typing this at work.
My dieting will start the first week of April. As for specifics, I will post those as I go along. As for my diet now, 6 meals a day with a higher amount of carbs at this time. I have my carb cut-off times as well. As for the cardio, I will be doing cardio 3 times a week. If needed, I will up it to 4. I feel thats one of the biggest problems that people do when cutting is start off with too much cardio. Once their body starts adjusting and they are are already doing 4-5 days of cardio, whats next, another day of cardio ? You will eat too much muscle that way.

I have never heard of that song or him. Kind of a strange title and video..
I dont know if I could pose to it though, again thanks for the thought. This is my second song of choice. Probably do my next show with this song.. Amazon.com

Yeah the vid is a bit bizarro...
That is a great song. When my niece had her sweet 15th bday, her dad made a video of pic thru out her life and showed it off at the party. They used that song to go thru the slide show.. it was pretty cool!!! That new song is a good one too!!! Good luck Nite.. no matter what song you use, I am sure you will be a hit!!! Now start taking some pics or I am gonna have to whip some *ss

Yesterday's workout was as follows...lower body..
Front Squats - 4 x 8-10, 175 lbs, 185 lbs, and 195 lbs(2 sets) Deadlifts - 3 x 5 - 275, 285, 295, did 325 for 2 reps for fun.. Pull-Through's 4 x 8-10, 60 lbs Leg Curls - 4 x 8-10 - 70 lbs Calves - 3 sets of 21's ( 200 lbs) Abs 2 sets of hanging leg raises 2 sets of cable crunches Post workout shake.. 2 scoops of Dymatize Elite Whey, chocolate mint 40 grams of waxy maize 3 grams of Leuice 5 grams of creatine 12 oz. of water

Today was lower body day, workout 2...
Did a 5 minute warm-up on the treadmill as usual. After warming up with a couple sets of front squats, my routine started.. Front Squats, 2 x 185, 8 reps, 2 x 205 lbs - 6 reps Rack Deads - 3 x 325 - 6 reps, 1 x 405 - 1 rep Pull-Thru's - 4 x 60 lbs - 10 reps Leg Curls - 3 x 75 lbs - 10 reps Calves - DC Style, 12 reps - 205 lbs My postworkout shake was the same. I went tanning after my workout - did the stand-up unit today. Nice.
