Yesterday was chest/shoulders/triceps..
Decline Press Flat DB Flyes Standing Military Press Rear Lateral Raises Close-Grip Bench Press Pushdowns Not a bad workout. Strength is holding ok. No big loss or big gain at this moment. Today was HIIT Cardio. I did 50 second jogs, 10 second sprints for 10 minutes on the track.

BTW, I just glanced thru this list... its about 19 pages SWEET! I am gonna send this to John for a NJ show, so we can go. There is one in Miami on 7/7, I may have to change my vacation plans to be out there that weekend.

Today was (yesterday now technically
Seated Rows (plate loaded machine) - 2 x 10 - 150, 2 x 8 -160 T-Bar Rows - 4 x 8, 7, 7,6, - 4 plates & 1 25lb Pulldowns (Front) 4 x 10 - 160 lbs BB Curls - 3 x 6 - 90 lbs Incline Curls - 3 x 8 - 30 lbs Did 40 minutes on the treadmill afterwards. Strength was ok today. I was up in some, the same in others. Im tired as heck. I need some carbs bad. Oh well, tomorrow is leg day, I get to eat more carbs then.

Today was leg day. Not bad I guess. This is from memory since I dont have my logbook in front of me. I hope I remember..
