Thanks Traps..
Well, Friday was leg day. Did a 20 rep widowaker set of squats. Felt good afterwards.. Saturday took a complete day of rest since I had to work our University's Graduation. Sunday I did HIIT cardio - 15 minutes on the crosstrainer. Tanning afterwards.

The weight will be lower than I thought probably to get that ripped look I want. Looks like I will be dropping out of the middleweights and competing at the top end of the lightweights. I cant wait till July 1 to start eating a lot more again and putting the weight back on, Im tired of feeling skinny and looking skinny in clothes.

Im at work again and I dont have my log with me. For some reason at home, this site is so slow and doesnt load well when I try and get on. Ive called my internet service and all checks out. Im thinking it may be my expired Anti-virus or something but anyways back to my training.....
Today was Back/Biceps. Strength was good today. After weight training, did 30 minutes on the treadmill and went tanning afterwards.

Uh oh. Looks like Nite might have some spyware. Try this man. IE7 - go to tools/internet options/ browsing history - delete/delete your cookies and temporary internet files. That should help some. You could also put your computer into selective startup. This will disable all your startup programs, and just let windows load. Your computer will run fine. These startup programs are not necessary.
* warning this may disable virus and firewall programs. 1) click start 2) click run 3) type in msconfig 4) on the general tab, click selective startup 5) on the general tab, uncheck load startup items 6) reboot 7) see if your computer is running faster. If you want to undo what you just did 1) click start 2) click run 3) type in msconfig 4) on the general tab, click normal startup 5) reboot 6) your computer is back to the way it was, virus and firewall programs will be running again just fine. This procedure is completely safe, and will not harm your computer in any way, unless your computer is really really really messed up, and your getting all kinds of errors all the time, then it may have a negative impact. No big deal if it does, just boot into safe mode, and follow the 2nd series of steps. IF you do anything at all, at least delete your cookies and temporary internet files. This is something that should be periodically done anyway.

Yeah, I run msconfig quite a bit. I have deleted all my temp files and history. I have not deleted my cookies in awhile. I hate doing that because I have to relog into all my frequently visited sites. I will give this a go tomorrow when Im at home

Today was Legs/Abs. I had a good workout...Did Front squats, Leg Press, Lunges, Stiff-Leg Deadlift, calves. For abs I did hanging leg raises, crunches, cable crunches.
Now that I am close to 9 weeks into my diet I am starting to feel tired quite a bit. The lower carb and calorie intake is starting to take hold. I havent lost hardly any strength yet so Im hoping that I dont.
