I'd start a log on the forum, but I'd probably cause asphixiation in too many people from the laughter...lol...so I'll just keep it in my notebook.

Are you switching up bench variations. looks like you did BB flat bench then DB flat bench is that right? If youre stuck thats probably why.

I always do BB flat bench but I very the second chest exercise with either DB flat bench, DB incline or BB incline.

Might want to consider adding abs and post-core work on your pull day. If not, they will eventually become a weakness in your deads/squats.

Funny you mentioned that, I was just about to type that I was gonna start adding abs to pull and legs.
