Default MM's Journal

I think my old one was deleted, not sure, and I am too lazy to dig.

This is just a reserved spot for when I hit the gym again.

My immediate plan is to screw around in the gym for the first month, get acclimated to having a routine again, and lifting. Then I will max my big 3 and see how horrible I am. Then I will set up a routine and this time I am on a fat loss quest. I want to be around 200 or so. I am at 215-220 now. I was at 240 but I lost quite a bit of muscle since I left the gym back in April, gained some fat too.

I visited musclesntx this weekend which was cool. Just hung out and BS'ed. Even still it was a bit motivating. Got some big plans on that end anyway over the next year or so.

I also started reading some of my journal over at MW. First time my journal was actually motivating to me. What was interesting was in the way it was motivating. It never really hit me until last night how much motivation I was giving some of you. I seemed to have inspired many people. It was a good feeling. Reminds me a bit of my old journal back here in '03 and '04.

anyway, I just got off the phone with the guy at the gym who is hooking me up with a free year membership, I did him a service last year so now he is doing one for me.

I should be in the gym soon once the membership is set up.

I really enjoy helping people and really enjoy seeing others succeed, and it gives me motivation, so I might start picking up some clients earlier than expected, we'll see.

that's all for now, I'll update later. Not sure how much time I'll have to be updating sites as this go round I am going to focus more on me than my site or any other site...call me selfish...so be it.

Hopefully I'll update here often, we'll how the b.s. goes.

Glad to see this back up. We had a great time this weekend and I'm glad I held off on my eat like sh!t day until Sunday, because we absolutely feasted.

I'm looking forward to watching those numbers climb again!!!

How'd you pull a free year? Actually, I probably don't want to hear about this service you pulled.

Whip some ass!

PS - there's a girl in Gruene wanting to know if you know where her thong ran off to.

not that kind of service fag. I think I am still full from all those ribs. Should have hooked up with you when I was having trouble eating...LOL.

I run a moving company, he runs a gym. You figure it out.

you know you stole those thongs when you left the table...don't try to deny it.

I thought physics applied to everything...I think we witnessed something amazing.

He's mad at me for quitting....lol. I don't know. We'll see once I get back in full swing. I am curious as to his take on what I want to accomplish this time around.

visits are for goofing off, harrasing fat girls in thongs, and eating and drinking, a break from working out.

We'll most definitely workout - but yesterday was for what MM said.

I did think it was weird that he said "call me Mouse, please..."

Come back to real life, motherf*cker.

I just can't function properly if people don't call me "mouse"

did you think it was wierd that my kids call me that? well, and my business card I gave you said Ernie "Mouse" Parrow.

I don't think it's wierd. were you serious when you said I needed counseling? 'cause when your kack is in my mouth I don't take what you say seriously.

quick update

gym thing might take a little while longer than expected so i'm gonna start farting around in the garage.

i got the weider c650 in there and dumbells from 5 to 100 so I got plenty to work with. only got plates up to 250 or so, so i'll figure something to do until I get in the gym, gotta clean the garage though, either tonight or tomrrow night i'll get it cleaned up.
