I'm sort of A Skinny ***** NOW ... But IT'S GO TIME!!!
Here we go. I have recently made the decision to make the big leap from doing things naturally, from which I have seen relatively TREMENDOUS results, to getting a little help by altering mother nature's natural balance. As it stands I weigh exactly 150 pounds and I stand 5' 7" tall. I have NO experience whatsoever in this so I got on here to track my progress as well as get some tips along the way and answers to questions that I may have concerning what is happening to me ... hehehe ... But for now I am on a pretty strict diet drinking water ALL the time and I take MuscleTech's Leukic immediately upon waking up in the mornings (everyday) and immediately before working out (only on workout days) and Anatorp70 immediately after working out. My routine consists of a 21 day workout plan that is pretty intricate but it has already gained me ten pounds of muscle mass since the beginning of the summer, which isn't too bad all things considered. On day one I work my chest and back. No workout at all on day two. Day three I workout my legs day four rest day five shoulders and traps day six rest and day seven arms and abs. I will post some pictures to show my before and the n post more as the weeks go by. I was thinking about taking tbombII from maximum human performance along with their glutamine product but I was curious as to exactly when (whether before, after or at some point during) the cycle that these last two supplements would be most effective to minimize the side effects of cycling.
