Small note on diet; I'm running at 3.5k calories a day right now. Working good so far, not too drastic. I'll keep this up for 60 days, evaluate, adjust. If it goes my way, it would be something like 2 months calorie restricted, one month regaining strength 2 months calorie restricted etc. Not in a hurry. *note: I only warm up *once* for a specific body-part. I.e, if I'm doing back, I do some extra sets before I "really" start lifting. I will not do warm up sets / step up sets every single time I change exercises for the same body part. I'll fill in the exercises when I get off work, forgot my training stencil @ home. bah. "There's only one type of discipline. Perfect Discipline." -Bodymass
