Deadlift 10x 80 8 x 100 8 x 120 6 x 140 Dumbell Shrugs 14 x 26 10 x 28 10 x 30 Ez Bar Shrugs 10 x 70 10 x 70 Dumbell Bent-Over Row 10 x 34 10 x 36 10 x 38 10 x 40 Seated Row 10 x 65 10 x 70 10 x 75 Cable Front Pull Down 10 x 55 10 x 60 10 x 65 10 x 70 Gym was quiet, as it always is on a Saturday, so I was able to rattle on through my exercises with ease. Little back cramping after deads but not like when I was running Superdrol. Could continue after a little. Good workout and Diets on track. Surfer

Bench Press 75 x 8 75 x 6 80 x 6 85 x 7 Assisted on the last Inclined Bench Press 65 x 7 70 x 6 70 x 6 Felt I could have done 1 more with a spot Dumbell Press 28 x 8 30 x 8 30 x 6 Cable Flies 12.5 x 10 15 x 10 15 x 10 No Bicep work Cardio ![]() 45 minutes One of those days, my reps are up in some sets and my weight on the DB, but the workout felt average . Diets good. Works busy. Legs tommorow. At last my back seems to be easing. I have a tub of 6 oxo I was given, I might take it just for a bit of fun starting next week. Useless for PCt so what the hell may even give the cholestrol levels a helping hand.Surfer

Leg Extension (Pre Exhaust) 25 x 20 25 x 20 Squat 12 x 80 10 x 100 8 x 120 - - - At this point all is up on last week 5 x 130 - - - Disappointed with myself as my last 2 here were poor... 1/4 squats yet again. 45 Leg Press 10 x 160 10 x 180 8 or 9? x 180 8 x 180 Leg Extension 20 x 25 25 x 20 Just enjoying the pump... no other real reason for adding them in. Seated Calve Raise 35 x 20 35 x 20 40 x 17 Standing Calve Raise Was busy so I added some more... Seated Calve Raise 30 x 12 35 x 7 I am happy with leg day today, as pretty much everything is moving up and I am continuing to feel strong, apart from the last set of squats. Its be being a chicken **** that stops me from going down proper. I really need a spot as I feel I could buckle without the finger tip touches to push me over the 85 degree mark. Surfer

I hear you, I was thinking the same thing. The only good thing is that I get to eat a lot over the holidays so being on a cycle is not a bad thing. But you can;t really drink at least for you with the dbol
