I just remembered I have a training journal here....lol. I'm sooo bad with this journal
Anyway, I've been training medium light recently. I split chest, back, legs with good results. Lately it has been up and down with the training from lack of time but in a few weeks the training is back in full swing again. This time around i will be training heavy but use strict form and rest pause when possible. Goal is to put on some muscle get to 250ish then back down cutting to 240. Diet is in check already and body fat is low so I will see what I can do this time around. Sunday I will do chest.
