haha...had it for a few weeks but couldn't stay that dry for long, my joints started to hurt a little. I was lean as heck ,I'm still lean but to get back would require some work.

I decided to stay lean year round like 10-12% and maybe in the summer plunge to 8%. I look better around 10% bf than 8% and besides my girl complains that I'm too skinny......I'm 230 and she thinks I'm skinny!

Dude, for the past few months I've been buying chicken like 9-10lbs every time I go to the market. That's usually 4-5 days worth!! It's getting ridicuous LOL. R U eating that much chicken too or is just me?
I never looked for food on sale but now if the chicken is on sale I'm all over it...I don;t even want to mention the food bill, it's a disaster....hehe

I just remembered I have a training journal here....lol. I'm sooo bad with this journal

Anyway, I've been training medium light recently.
I split chest, back, legs with good results. Lately it has been up and down with the training from lack of time but in a few weeks the training is back in full swing again.
This time around i will be training heavy but use strict form and rest pause when possible. Goal is to put on some muscle get to 250ish then back down cutting to 240.
Diet is in check already and body fat is low so I will see what I can do this time around.

Sunday I will do chest.
