yes, the new and improved 100s. I even took doses close to bed time and slept like a baby minus a little sweaty but not too bad.
You should try the new shiet "P" concocted, it might be better than the ones you took. I decided that no matter what 600mg for 3-5 days is the most I would take. Q for you, how much water did you retain?
I feel like a frickn' baloon at least 5 lbs in water retention.

just a quick update I forgot,
went to the doctor so I can get my script for my allegra and the BP was 110/80. So it definitely won't affect bp although I was getting hot in that small closed room waiting for the doc.

yeah, I have heard his new stuff kicks ass......apparently it also has Green Tea & Forskolin to add to the results....

...anyway, yeah man - I was bloated like crazy. I think I shed an additional 5-10 lbs. after I stopped, but it took over a week.

Yes, it has some goodies in them that helps but I still take other vits and such. I think I'm one of the ppl that can handle 800mg for few days. Every time I move up my dosages my body gets used to the dosage in 2-3 days. I guess there is no need to be a knucklehead right now maybe some other time

Thanks for some of the advice bro, it's better to overthink this shiet than be unprepared

Ok, here is an update....Did chest last night. Medium weights about 75%of my regular lifts and tried to keep my reps above 10.
Day 16-weight 240. So far lost 10lbs of fat on top of the 20lbs I lost before this cycle. Total up to date 30lbs lost, went from 270-240, not bad, I guess and still going.....I feel weird being so skinny though, I think my head is a little fvcked up from this quick weight lose( I hope is from the weight lose anyway!) LOL

Dosage 600 and handling it without much of an issue. I'm still contemplating going up to 800. I'm listening to my body and it is something that I can handle if I feel the need-I will make a decission in a couple of days. It seems that by adding cardio help burn even more fat. Strength in the gym is a bit shaky but to be expected. I do not think is smart to push yourself to the limit. I do not see any benefits from trying to push heavy weights.
What I'm suprised is tha fact that I can do cardio while on this stuff without much of an issue where many have issues. IMO, the worse you can do, take steroids and be on this at the same time. Most issues I've read about ppl overheating was due to too much heat from not only DNP but the steroids they were taking. By itself DNP is not too bad-heat wise.

THis shiet works so well that I can't even compare it to anything. ECA will be about 10-20% as effective as this- which is pretty powerful stuff.

Ok,
day 19 and I'm at 700mg. It is getting a bit dicy.....My body can't accomodate the excessive sweat so instead of lowring the dose I just stopped as I'm at the end anyway. So far lost 15lbs in 19 days, so it's almost 1 lb a day. I think my magic # is 700mg at the end for 2-3 days and that's it. I also started getting a sweat rush which is becoming annoying.
Went to get benedril at 3 in the morning from a 24 hour supermarked with just about a T-shirt on and it was 30 degrees outside They thought I was on drugs or something- I was getting too fvck in hot at 700mg.

Lessons learned so far is that if you are at about 20% bf this stuff will get you down to about 12, anf if you are at 14% you will definitely be in single digits in 3 weeks. Not bad!
I will [post some final #'s in a week when I get rid of all the water.

Hey Warrior,
things are good, I was very busy at work wrapping up my last few days there and did not have time to update.

I'm not loosing anymore weight, so at the moment I'm at 232 with about 12%bf. One thing I've noticed right now is that my body itches like crazy. Not sure if its the new clothes detergent I bought or just a combination of lower bf than I'm used to and being in the winter dry season. SO I'm taking some benedril for now and see how it evolves.
Strength is still ok. Did back and I was able to use heavier weights but I'm not pushing too hard.
My diet is still spot on. Brown rice, sweet patatoes, salads, yogurt, fruits, poultry, fish, beef. I'm staying away from simple sugars and pasta/bread.

Final #'s, lost 18lbs in 20days. Started I think at 20'ish bf and came down to 12-13%. The reason I did this instead of doing the more traditional dieting is that I did not want to loose as much muscle. In the past when I dieted I had a tendency to loose fat and muscle. This stuff just melts the fat off.

As for pics, I have tried in the past to post but I have to resize them to fit here and I'm not a computer wiz. So until I dedicate some time to figure this resizing out I'm can't posting any.

If you want to try this stuff out don;t be afraid to ask questions, I will do my best to answer them.

damn good results, down to 12% bf is nice .

as for the pics, if u can get ahold of photoshop, just go in and go to 'Image --> Image Size' and change the size of it. but if thats to much work then u can just photobucket. just upload it there and post the link, it would b resized but ppl can view it ne ways.

and i would luv to give it a try, but i cant get ahold of any eph. so im a lil stuck for something to suppress appetite, keeping energy up etc. i do have some yohimbe but i gotta get some gelatin caps so i can cap it. also gotta see how my BP reacts to it. got some hawthorn berry at home though, so just working out the time is gonna b the only prob.

also, diet is a problem atm as i dont have a job. makes it hard to buy enough good quality food when i have no income .

Thanks for the suggestions on the pics, I will figure it out one of these days
As for DNP, it really works but I'm not going to hide its risks as well.
Doing a carb depletion and loosing some fat/water prior to taking it is a good idea. Then the diet should be spot on. Doing both will avoid some nasty sides mostly overheating and excesive sweating. Also, 20 days is prob the ideal period to use it or even less.

Haha, as soon as I get my lazy butt in gear I might take you on your offer.
As for DNP , if you need any help don't be shy to ask. Use it when you get stuck with more conventional methods.
update,

Pretty much everything is back to normal. Diet is about 2200-2400 most days except a couple every week when I go low carbs and high protein. I do feel flat though with eating just clean food. The rebound effect was about 3-5 lbs, did not do creatine opted to just eat clean and train normally.

For some strange reason my estrogen is crazy high, I can go from 234-240or so in a day or two! That's just too much of a fluctuation. SO, I'm doing a short PCT- started to take aromasin and some clomid with a few shots of HCG. I think my test is still low-and estrogen high. This should normalize my body up cause I do not feel like wating months.
