ok, so I'm geting a cold like many others which sucks.....did go to the gym and had a short workout not sure how smart that was ,
Chest 1.DB presses flat 10X60 10X95 10X120 -3 sets 2. Pec Deck machine 10X120 10X180 8X205 9X215 9X215 3. Cable squize(this is were I agravated my tendon again stupid exercise!) 8x100 8X100 10X130 10X130 10X140 4. Tricep extensions 10X160 10X180 10X200X3 sets moved to a different machine 10X100 9X110 After all this with the cold and all I managed to over stretch my tendon in left arm -I guess the shiet always flows downhill LOL

Well, after almost 2 weeks off I'm back in the gym. The cold subsided still have the runny nose but physically I'm goot to go. Did bench, tris, shoulder and bi's. Just threw everything in there. To my suprise it was a good thing to take some time off. I ended up benching 315X10X2sets. If I really wanted to challange myself I think I had 400 in me today. But I rather be lifting tomorrow than get injured though but I'm geting close to 400. Then I will have all my lift at or over 400lbs. Some crazy shiet

good to hear ur bak into it vas. im sick of being out 'cause im sick...
.and i definitely wouldnt push it either. u need to 'break' urself back into it again, go hard at the start will prob just injure u . 400's all round is damn good as well. id luv to get to 300 on my bench, lol. |

Back into the grove again, been lifting medium heavy and right now I'm leaning out for the summer. My weight was getting out of hand at almost 270 so I started cuting. I will try heavy later on in the year.
Now I'm back down to 250 and leaning out with the goal of 10% bf which is going to take prob the entire summer and bring me down to 220-230 range. Diet has been good for almost 2 months now and sometimes it sucks to not eat burgers and stuff but got to eat clean.
