1.Overhead Presses DB 65x8 75x8 90x8x2 2.Bicep curl BB 95x8 135x8 135x7 folowed immed by 95x10 3.Close grip bench 135x8 225x8 315x6 315x7 4.Reverse Z-bar 100x10 110x8x2 followed immed by 50x12 weighted ab work

Ok,back into the grove again. It is tough to do my MBA, work full time, go to the gym and I might just skip some posts here from time to time...
Anyway, my weight is the same put on a little fat so i will do some cardio for the next month-3 days a week. All that damn studying made me skip some gym days but the eating never stopped...oh well. Today did back 1.Pull downs (medium grip-palms facing each other) 140X10 180X8 220X8 240X2X6 Did some pull ups wide grip in between too 2.Shrugs (BB) 135X10 225X8 315X8 365X2X5 3.One arm DB Row 130X2X6 4. Read Delts(reverse fly machine) 140X2X9 abs work

Thanks Narc, I'm just a driven person. I want to dedicate more time to the gym but got to balance everyhting out as well. I'm not going to ever compete so lifting is just fun for me and when I hit certain lifts it drives me more in the gym. I'm lucky that my soon to be wife is very understanding which is very important as well.

good to see another post from u in this journal
im not that far away from post-grad work either. im hoping i can fit it all in. but i think ur doing pretty good to keep it up for so long while studying and having a good women behind u always helps |

Legs today,
1. Squats 8X135 8X225 6X2X315 6X335 Just feeling my way to heavier weights. I feel good and have good form. 2.SLDL 8X135 8X225 6X275 6X285 4X315 Last set I was trying to just feel how 315 felt and I did 4 sort of easy reps. 3.Calfs 240X2X10 Used an incline seated machine My legs are getting stronger but with a teenage knee injury I will take it easy. Just happy with increased poundages for now.

Thanks Narc, I think that I have been very careful not to get injured in the past years so now I start to push a little more.
Anyway, did legs today--I think I skipped a log here somewhere but nontheless, Legs 1.DL 10X135 8X225 8X315 8X365 I think I could have done 400 easy for reps but my back was tight and had to perform a shorter workout anyway. Next time! 2. Leg Presses 10X450 8X540 8X540 Presses were easy and just did them quick due to lack of time.
