Well, I just got a cold which I think is a new string or something as I rarely get sick. Just going to chill out for a few days then I will be back

man that really sucks. There's three people that sit right next to me at work with the flu.....I"m freaking out, cuz the last time I got sick it was on and off for like 4 months!!! get well bro

Get better my friend. A co-worker was hacking and coughing around here all day today so when I came in, I sprayed down the whole place with disinfectant. I sprayed it all...doorknobs, keyboards, telephones, radios, seat handles, TV remotes, etc.

I dont want to get sick.

lmao!! I keep a small fan constantly blowing in order to keep an air stream moving in front of my face...dunno if this is gonna help or make it worse. I try not to open doors with my fingers(I make a fist and open it with my knuckles), and I wash my hands periodically.

Thanks for the support everybody! It's slowly going away, took off from work so I can rest.

Took a pic to post but its too big or too large to post or something. I'm not sure what's wrong and how to fix it. The only place I can use it is in my avy. I would say that I was a little leaner on the cycle and this pic kind of shows me flat as I'm sick and stuff.

Well, I'm back to the races again. Did a couple of light workouts to at least keep myself occupied and I;m slowly going to pick it up again.
I cleaned my diet up and now I'm just going to maintain my lifts and get ready for my winter bulk in a month or so.

Well, I guess i over did it!
Went to do legs 2 days ago. Not too much weight 315 on the squats and 275 on the SLDLs and oh my dear God I could not even walk the next day. I kidd you not I walk with a limp like I'm about 100 years old and need a cane.
Then to make matters worse I tried a cialis for fun and had 3 stiff legs now LOL. Shiet, I was going to have some fun and it's all up and ready to go just can't move my body worth a crap......

My gf then decided to be funny and brought a book with different sex positions which had pics in it that pretty much made me have a woody all night long. Now she owes me a leg massage
I'm going to collect.......later

You are not kidding.....this has a sex position for every day of the year, you should see some of them positions, for the love of God I think I only did 1/10 of what;s in there. I'm afraid I will try much more in the future though

Thanks bro, getting there slowly. I'm actually working on stability and driving the bar up. I might start doing some sets with the rubber band as well. I've been more concerned with my tendones being strong enough but now I think they are so I'm good.

yea, after the 20 rep I was pretty hurt but I'm trying to add something different to my workouts to keep my body guessing. As for the pec dec is a good stretching exercise for me

abs and forearms work at the end

Good workout, feeling strong again. After a couple of weeks being off creatine I started again but only on workout days.
At least my legs are fully healed up now....OMG I was incapacitated for a few days, what a nuisance that whole saga turned out to be

Nice job Vasille! I feel ya about the illness thing. I think my busy schedule has got the better of me! I am hoping by laying off the Taekwondo and just hitting the gym I will give myself a break. Keep up the great work!
