Thanks for the support everybody! It's slowly going away, took off from work so I can rest.
Took a pic to post but its too big or too large to post or something. I'm not sure what's wrong and how to fix it. The only place I can use it is in my avy. I would say that I was a little leaner on the cycle and this pic kind of shows me flat as I'm sick and stuff.

Well, I'm back to the races again. Did a couple of light workouts to at least keep myself occupied and I;m slowly going to pick it up again.
I cleaned my diet up and now I'm just going to maintain my lifts and get ready for my winter bulk in a month or so.

Well, I guess i over did it!
Went to do legs 2 days ago. Not too much weight 315 on the squats and 275 on the SLDLs and oh my dear God I could not even walk the next day. I kidd you not I walk with a limp like I'm about 100 years old and need a cane. Then to make matters worse I tried a cialis for fun and had 3 stiff legs now LOL. Shiet, I was going to have some fun and it's all up and ready to go just can't move my body worth a crap...... My gf then decided to be funny and brought a book with different sex positions which had pics in it that pretty much made me have a woody all night long. Now she owes me a leg massage I'm going to collect.......later

Today did chest
1. Flat bench 1x8x135 1x8x225 1x5x275 1x4x315 1x3x335 1x2x355 1x1x365 1x20x225 2. overhead military presses 1x8x135 1x5x165 1x5x185 1x8x185 3.pec deck 3x8x190 4. Dips BW 3x15xbw This was an easy workout just to get me back into the game.

Thanks bro, getting there slowly. I'm actually working on stability and driving the bar up. I might start doing some sets with the rubber band as well. I've been more concerned with my tendones being strong enough but now I think they are so I'm good.

yea, after the 20 rep I was pretty hurt but I'm trying to add something different to my workouts to keep my body guessing. As for the pec dec is a good stretching exercise for me

Today was back
1.One arm DB row 1x8x65lbs 1x8x100 1x8x115 2x5x120 2. Shrugs BB 1x8x135 1x8x225 1x8x315 1x8x315 1x3x365 1x4x365 1x20x225 followed immediately 3. Wide grip pulldowns 1x8x100 1x8x150 1x8x200 1x5x230 1x6x230 1x10x150 followed immediately 4.Rear delts(used the seated fly machine in reverse) 1x10x120 1x10x140 1x8x140 abs and forearms work at the end Good workout, feeling strong again. After a couple of weeks being off creatine I started again but only on workout days. At least my legs are fully healed up now....OMG I was incapacitated for a few days, what a nuisance that whole saga turned out to be

Nice job Vasille! I feel ya about the illness thing. I think my busy schedule has got the better of me! I am hoping by laying off the Taekwondo and just hitting the gym I will give myself a break. Keep up the great work!
