Went cloths shopping today what fvck in adventure that's all I have to say. Nothing fit right
Anyway, im done with the heavy workouts for 30-45 days. I will increase the reps and concentrate on cardio giving my body a different look and at the same a break from the heavy poundages. Not sure what workouts I will do but I will try mix it up in the gym with high reps and maybe go to the park and do some of my favorites workouts using those park trails. Food im not really sure on carbs, I will adjust as I go along but I'll keep protein at 300g/and fat 50g. Depending on how I feel I will adjust the carbs. Im prob not droping the carbs below 200g because of my daily physical activity and I rather do some cardio than drop the carbs lower.

Decided on diet
Meal 1 2 full eggs+10egg whites+1/2 cup grits Meal 2 3 scoops whey+1 cup oats+handful walnuts Meal 3 1 cup rice+8oz chicken+veggies Meal 4 3 scoops whey+1 cup oats+flax oil Meal 5 8oz chicken+veggies(no starches) Or a protein only shake about 60g protein Meal 6 fish only, 60g protein 300g protein/250-300 carbs/50g fat roughly 2600-2700cal workout days I'll add another dextrose drink

I have been doing cardio every morning on an empty stomach.
Weight is down to 250. My workout are mostly super sets right with no more than 30-40 min spent in the gym and the weight I lift is irrelevant. I mainly concentrate on geting strong pumps and forcing blood to the muscle. Pumps are crazy though to the point that it hurts I will post some workouts when I have more time to write

Today did chest
Did 4 supersets as follows Flat bench 225X10 incline DBs 80X10 Flies 35X10 Did this as one set without a break and repeated it for 4x. It was a killer and the pumps were off the hook which is why Im doing supersets. I want to get blood into those muscles and get them pumped but also builds endurance Tomorrow legs

Continuing to bang out cardio every morning on an empty stomach for 30-45min. Im looking to lose no more than 1-2 lbs per week anything more than that I will increase food intake. I want to spare as much muscle as possible.
Diet is working good sticking with roughly 2700cal per day/3000cal workout days and I dont feel hungry all the time either which is good. i cant believe im dieting on just about 3000cal a day..it's crazy especially since Im not taking any stimulants either Looking forward im going to do 5x5 routine come mid september. Switch it up a bit from the higher reps and dieting im doing now. Looking to put on more size and gain a bit more strength. Im no longer looking to be 270lbs just for the hassle part of it when it comes to food and cloths ...etc Im happy being 250-maybe 260 by the end of the year and that's about it and keep shedding fat as I go along.

just got back from Vegas baby...and needless to say I tried hard to eat good but I couldnt resist those damn all you can eat places and steak n eggs at midnight..lol
i did manage to bang out some cardio in the morning which was my saving grace so in the end i ended up just carb loading for a week. Weight is at 247 which is not that bad considering...and managed to squize in 3 workouts that cost my an arm and a leg, bastards! Nice gym but expensive as helll! Anyway, I did have a nice time but Vegas is crazy

Wt 246, still leaning out but very slowly.
im only using about 60% of max for my lifts right now and it's so nice to not go heavy for a change. Cut back on the cardio a bit due to busy schedule and pretty much im leting my body "soften" up for my next bulk in about 1 month, hopefully. Diet still good, protein every 3 hours at least 2500cal per day Workoputs right now 3x a week upper/upper/lower chest/tris back/bis legs/shoulders As soon as I carb load for like a day or two my weight goes up instantly so I pretty much hit the bottom. I wont be suprised if I put on 15lbs this bulking cycle or at least that's the plan anyway then I'll cut again to 250 I going to hit my fresh receptors for 8 weeks hard.

Flat bench 135X10 225x10 275x10 275x10 Decline hammer strength 90x10 180X10 270x12 270X12 Seated flies 100x12x3 Cable flies 40x12x3 Triceps push downs(cables-different grips) 200x12x5 Overhead tris extensions 60X12X3 weight the same or maybe up 2 lbs....I have loosened my diet a bit ate some bad food like pizza just enjoying life a little. Still doing cardio 4-5X a week at 30-60 min each session. Im itching to go heavy again ..i feel refreshed and ready to tear those damn weights up but I keep the weights light on purpose for now. Still dropping body fat but very slowly taking advantage of the HGH for now and bit of test thrown in there Im pretty much ready to dive into a more meaningful cycle soon..maybe HGH IGF tren test Maybe low dose anadrol for 4 weeks will see how I feel

just started a small cycle
6-8 weeks Week 1-6 tren ace 100mg EOD Test prop 100mg EOD Test cyp 200mg EW IGF 50-100mcg ED (50 non-workout days/100 workout days) GH 1 IU EOD for now more for maintenance than anything else. I've been on for months at higher dosages and had to take a break Started this last week weight is up to 249 already Im going to do 5x5 rep scheme and go heavy from the get go. I took this week to break in then it will just get heavier evey week. Strength is there already even though I took it easy this week. THe legs seem to have some catching up to do Anyway, i'll post up my workouts as much as a can Im following a 4 day split. Monday-Chest Tuesday-Back Wed-off Thursday-Legs/Shoulders Fri -arms Sat/Sun off

Finally got my computer fixed and hopefully will stay that way...
Anyway, quick update Training going good pushing hard Im in week 4, eating like a pig weight up to 255, geting harder and more vascular. Biggest challange is food intake right now, I just bought a weight gainer and hopefully that will take care my caloric needs cause I know I wasnt eating enough...so will see how that goes

Training doing good, not much time to post but making gains and lifts are geting better.
One thing that limits my weight going up is the I cant eat enough...I freak in eat everything in sight right now even some bad shiet and cant put weight on passed 255. My thyroid is crazy fast right now I wish it wasnt but Im not going to kill myself with the food..lol

Finished the cycle and I bombed big time this log..I just had no time to really log on and post my shiet. Weight due to lack of eating enough calories didnt go passed 258 at my heaviest but overall it was one of the better runs I've had. So this were my working weights at the end of my cycle ranging from 3-8 reps Bench flat 405 FLat DB 150 Overhead shouloder BB press Smith 315 Overhead shoulder DB 120 Squats 465 Deads 505 Leg presses 1530 Cable Pull downs 300 Cable Rows 300 Bicep Curls 185 Close grip Tricep BB Smith 365 These are not the greatest numbers but they keep climbing with every heavy run I do so Im more than happy with the results. Now im taking it easy as hell for the next 2 months and Im running another gainer starting january. I took a week off and now my lifts are about 50% of my working weights I used to do which is light as hell but Im doing high reps for a while in the 15-20reps range. The pumps crazy as helll
