Thanks, but I won't be satisfied until I reach savvy lifts.....lol

I am pretty stoked about starting a DNP cycle next week and seeing the results. It should be fun to get flamed to death from this board when I start the log, lol.

20 minutes of HIIT this morning at 0-dark-30 on an empty stomach. I'm sure there was all kinds of catabolism going on.........

lol - no.......the muscle was litteraly falling off my bones as I ran. Nah, I have always done intense cardio on an empty stomach and have never lost strength.

What is Raloxifene?

Ralox is a newer SERM like Nolva. Studies have shown it to be better. It shows great potential. Stops bone loss too.

I had been reading and researching about it thru books and on-line. I have looked on message boards and talked with some bodybuilders who have used it and got thier feedback. It has great reviews.

I got it as a safeguard for PCT if or when I decided to do something like that.

Wednesday 9/27 - Pull Day

Decided to do R/P again........not a lot of time. Tough to get in the gym @ 5:00am with a 4 month old who is up all night long.

T-Bars - Doggie Style
180 x 8+6+1=15 (not sure what the fvck happened on that last one, lol)

Face Pulls - Doggie Style
200 x 10+7+4=21 (lol, not enough weight.....)

Back Stretch - this b1tch is painful..........

30 minutes cardio.....off to work.

This DNP makes me sweat like a freaking pig! After 30 minutes of cardio, it looked like I poured a 5 gallon bucket of water on my head. And this was slow cardio........

Monday 10/02/06 - Push

Didn't train Friday because of the knee, obviously. It is feeling about 75% now, so I might do some light leg work on Friday.

Decline BB Bench - Doggie Style
245 x 10+6+4=20
- Need to up the weight next time..........

Chest Stretch - damn, I hate this stretch........

Military BB - Doggie Style
145 x 8+4+2=14

Shoulder Stretch

Reverse Grip Bench - Doggie Style
185 x 7+5+3=15
- Didn't think I was doing the negs slow enough last week, so I lowered the weight.

No time for cardio.........already late for work.

Wednesday 10/04/06 - Dead Day

Will do deads tonight or tomorrow morning. Didn't get to the gym this morning.......was up nearly all night (about 30 minutes sleep), because of 2 sick kids.

Volleyball went well last night though. Handed out two well-deserved tatoos, one in the face and the other in the back.

Alright - haven't updated this mofo in a while. Had to switch gyms, as the one I was at closed down. Might be switching again, because this one doesn't allow chalk and they whine when I bring the weights down too hard on deads. lol

Will get an update in here today or tomorrow for the last few sessions.
