Friday - 6/15.......Bench
Was supposed to squat today, but have been working around the clock and have been feeling sick lately. Woke up this morning with my tonsils swollen the size of MM's gut. Squatting would have been made things worse, so I benched since I missed my push sessions this week, because of work. Flat Bench 135 / 205 x warm 225 x 8 x 1 255 x 6 x 1 275 x 4 x 3 225 x 8+5+2=15 - blah, weak. RGBP 135 x 10 x 1 205 x 6 x 3 225 x 3 x 1 Side / Lat DB Raises 25 x 10 x 3 Incline DB 90 x 6 x 3 Chest Extreme Stretch with 70s Tri Extreme Stretch with 40s Out.

Ok, squats today...............
Pre-workout meal: ![]() Along with an Amber Bock. LOL - my wife saw it on some TV show and her & my son made it for me for Father's day (those are little candy bars if you can't tell). I ate the whole damn thing. Ouch. Workout suffered because of it. All good though. Squats 135 / 225 / 315 x warm 365 x 4 x 1 385 x 4 x 1 405 x 2 x 3 225 x 20 x 3 SLDLs 315 x 8 x 3 Leg Press ss/ DC Calves 550 x 12 x 3 Out.
